Goth Greetings Policies and Terms Of Service Abuse Policy Any abuse, either witnessed by us or reported to us by a member, non-member or even another website administrator, upon investigation by us, will be result in immediate termination of your member account and subject to permanent banning from Goth Greetings. Link/Banner Submission Policy All banners must be restricted to a size of 468(width)x60(height) All link/banner submissions will be reviewed by Linda & Adrian as well as visiting the site of the link before allowing a link to be included on Goth Greetings. Any link that is found to be associated with or directly linked to pornography, racism or any other offensive content will NOT be included or approved by Linda & Adrian for Goth Greeting Links. Submissions and their associated sites will be reviewed to determine if their content is such that Linda & Adrian feel it would best interest our site and it's members Upon approval of a submission, your site will be required to contain a link back to Goth Greetings and the navigation code for the return link back to Goth Greetings, that will be mailed to you as part of your approval process MUST be used on your site Our site will be regularly checking for the proper navigation code on your site and should it not be able to be located your link, on Goth Greetings will automatically be deactivated until the proper navigation code has been detected by our server Membership Policy Registration is required in order to participate in sending eCards to anyone As a member, you will be granted the ability to send eCards, read, post & reply to message board topics as well as create polls within any topic you created. See the privacy section for more details about our Anti-Spam/Privacy policy Currently, our service is 100% free to all members, but we reserve the right to charge for the service and will provide adequate notice via the message board, email to all existing members and site postings of any upcoming membership fees Should we choose to begin charging for the service, any member that was already a member before the membership fees were enacted, will remain a free subscriber as a priveledge to them for their loyalty Each member may only possess one account. Violations of this policy may be subject to all of your accounts being removed, but also being banned any further access to the site. This rule has no tolerance and no exceptions will be made to this policy. Any profiles visible to the public that are found to contain any forms of racism, hate, child or adult pornography will be immediatly rendered disabled until the content has been modified so as to not reflect any further such material. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!!! Site admins reserve the right to disable any member's account, without warning to the member in question. Any such contests to such action should be directed to the site admin. Message Board Usage Policy All posts, replies, polls or topics will be subject to immediate removal by the moderator should they feel that the content was not acceptable for visitors, minors or other members We will not tolerate any flaming or any other form of public or private levels of abuse, harrassment or humiliation on our site and the first time it has been determined that a violation of this policy has happened, action, as defined by the Abuse policy, will be taken to resolve this issue. Anti-Spam/Privacy Policy Goth Greetings will NEVER sell, give out, nor harvest any member's email address or recipient's email address Any mailings that you may receive as a result of your membership here are strictly coincidental and we assure you that we, under no circumstances, have ever nor will ever disclose any personal information, email addresses or any other supplied information of any member of our site. Due to the high level of privacy that we are promising to all our members, we also will not be held responsible for any undesirable happenings that were either directly or indirectly a result of your membership on our site. If you feel that there is any reason to suspect that your privacy is being violated, please contact the site admin immediately through the contact page. You will generally be responded to within 24 hours. If it is determined that a member has violated our privacy policy, harvested email addresses or any other activity that is in direct violation of member privacy, your account will be immediately deleted and a sitewide permenant ban will be issued rendering you incapable of returning to the site ever again. Disclaimer Goth Greetings assumes NO responsibility for any of the actions of it's members and any illegal, unethical, immoral or any other activities or conveyances of those same members, either transmitted, published, received or otherwise. All goth-greetings.com owners, affiliates and subsidiaries or business associates cannot and will not be held liable for any legal actions or proceedings pursued by any third party for any legal, moral, religious or ethical offenses committed by any participant of this website.
